He held a number of significant positions, including CEO of Astra Industrial Group and General Manager-Corporate Banking Group by Samba Financial Group. He was the chief executive of the Industrialization & Energy Services Company (TAQA) from 2006 to 2015. Also, was appointed as Deputy Governor for promoting investment services in the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) between 2002 and 2004. Furthermore, Eng. Bin Zaraah served as Chairman of the Board of directors and Member of the board of directors for several Joint Stock companies. Eng. He also served as Senior Vice President at Merrill Lynch Investment Bank (UK), and Vice President for Samba Financial Group (UK) and member of the credit committee. Mr. Eissa holds a B.Sc degree in International Business Management from the USA.

Eng. Al-Aswad is the Director of Operations and Production in Riyadh Cables Group of Companies since 2007. Mr. Al-Aswad joined Riyadh Cables Group of Companies in 1984 as a Sales Manager. He was the Production Counselor to the Board of Directors from 1999 till 2007 and was the Commercial Counselor to the Board of Directors between 1996 and 1999. He is a member of the Saudi Council of Engineers since 2011 and a member of the Syrian Engineering Association since 1973. Eng. Al-Aswad holds a B.Sc. degree in Electronics engineering from Damascus University, Syria in 1973.

Dr. Saati is the Director for Technical and Quality in Riyadh Cables Group of Companies. He joined Riyadh Cables Group of Companies in 1985. Prior to this, he held other positions as Electrical/Maintenance engineer including the General Company for Electricity in Syria. Dr. Saati is also a member of IEEE and the Saudi Arabia Standards Organization for Cables and Supplies (SASO). He is on the list of KACST as an evaluation expert for research concerning cables and cable accessories. Dr. Saati holds a B.Sc in Engineering from Damascus University (Syria, 1973), Higher Studies Diploma in Electronic Industry from Paul Sabatier University (France, 1977), and a PHD in Electric Power Technology and Industrial Electron from Paul Sabatier University (France, 1980).
